Introducing our Summer Deep:Revamping filters - Aquant Release Notes

Service Insights

Introducing our Summer Deep:
Revamping filters

Aquant is proud to announce Service Insights’ latest release (2.73), dedicated to filters revamp to improve your experience on the dashboard.

Filters revamp [arn-post-tag id=11]

Filters’ visibility and accessibility

Filtering the dashboard, by customer or even workforce to mention only a few options, is often the first step taken after opening Service Insights.

To make this simpler, we moved the filters to the top of the dashboard -  increasing their accessibility and visibility.

Not only will this help you more easily start your journey through the dashboard, but it will also provide you with new abilities. You can now get an overview of the selected filter values, as well as remove  them, from anywhere in the page.

Filters’ availability

To make the effect of filtering data easier to understand, some information about the impact of filters over the tables and charts has been added to the dashboard.

From now on, you will know whether each filter will be applicable on the current page. The filters will display the relevant information depending on the charts and tables available.

No chart or table on the page can be filtered by these values
Part of the charts or tables won’t be filtered by these values
All charts and tables can be filtered by these values

The charts and tables themselves are enriched by additional information explaining if any filters are applicable, and which ones are not.
