Your next move at first sight [arn-post-tag id=12] [arn-post-tag id=10]

Our unique capability of transferring raw text into labels sets Aquant apart from our competitors. With the introduction of the Observation tab, we are taking the platform’s observation labels to the next level in observation analysis.
Deep dive into the page to find out training opportunities and products improvements hints:

  • Connect the dots between solutions, workforce and customers
  • Spot the observations you must focus on
  • Identify observations’ trends

Meet OPI | Observations Performance Index

We created the groundbreaking Observations Performance Index (OPI) model as part of our Observation tab. Built-up to raise observations’ difficulty, the model mainly relies on observations’ frequency, solution distribution, and FTF. Therefore, it assigns a complexity level from easy to very hard to each observation.

Your New Advisor

The Observation Tab highlights the Top 10 Observations in terms of difficulty, frequency, and cost.
You want to know when you should reinforce your workforce training? The Top 10 Most Difficult Observations will give you hints by raising up observations that have been spotted as complicated to fix.

Comparing observations' KPIs to the same product type average will let you raise the relevant questions and priorities. For every observation, go more in-depth through the Scorecard section and grasp a better understanding of what's going on:

  • KPIs over time, including information about total cases, frequency, service cost, MTTR, and MTBE, and your observation performance index
  • Top customers
  • Top workforce and solutions history
